  Forcing "hyprctl reload" after rule write. This can fix issues in Nix/Home Manager or similar environments, where a config import path is declared, but the config file generated by HTT is not technically part of the configuration, and Hyprland doesn't refresh it's contents frequently enough, and not apply the new rules for quite some time.
